We are a small leading edge international software company looking to grow our technical team due to increased sales and workload.
For this brand-new role you must have approx 2 years experience in technical support and*or software testing with good knowledge of the Internet and the Windows platform. A good telephone manner is essential.
You will be responsible for front-line technical support and all internal software testing. This includes creating and implementing test-scripts; documentation and procedures, quality control as well as direct telephone product support for our fortune 500 clients.
Due to the size of the company and depending on the individual, this role could lead to additional work in web and database programming, technical marketing, training or other relevant areas to the business at the time.
The ideal candidate would be someone who would relish a very varied role, be pro-active, creative, flexible, and methodical with a good sense of humour. Multimedia, Artistic and graphical skills would be beneficial.
Relevant skills would include: Win Runner, Robodemo, ACT database, MS Office, HTML, VB, ASP, SQL and Photoshop.
